Qualification for Leadership Bonus: a Director must have a minimum of 300 PV (domestic volume only) and 3000 GV (uncompressed and inclusive of international volume) in a volume month. |

Qualification for extra 5%* bonus on 1st layer (domestic volume only): a Director must have minimum 450PV (domestic volume only) and 4500GV (uncompressed and inclusive of international volume) in a volume month. |

Layer compression: starting from the top down. The bottom of each Layer in a leg is reached whenever there is a qualified Director. |
