Active Distributor
A Distributor is considered ACTIVE in any volume month in which he / she has met the requirement of 300PV. An Active Distributor (Supervisor, Manager & Director) is eligible to receive personal rebate and bonuses.

Accumulated Group Volume (AGV)

Accumulated Group Volume is the combination of Personal Volume (PV) and Group Volume (GV) of the current month and the previous 3 months.

Breakaway
When a Distributor achieved the position of “Director”. He/she “breakaway” from the direct upline and the group volume is no longer included in his/her direct upline’s group volume. The group volume of the “ breakaway” Director is now paid to the upline according to the PHASE II chart. Breakaway Director brings his/her group of Associates, Supervisors and Managers, and now are referred to as “Layer” of the upline sponsor.

Director Push-Up
if a non-Director Upline has a downline being promoted to Director, the non-Director Upline can be pushed up to Director rank in the same month if he/she has 300PV and 1500GV (unencumbered volume only and excluding GV of the leg being promoted). If there are more than one downline being promoted to Director, then the requirement of 1500GV unencumbered volume will be exempted.

Downline
The Distributors who are directly or indirectly sponsored or recruited by a Distributor, all these distributors been sponsored under your organization called Downline.

Group Volume (GV):
GV is the combined of PV of a Distributor and his/her entire non-breakaway volume down to the next active Director. In the case of a newly promoted Director is your downline, the GV that he/she used to achieve the Director status will be included in your group. Any excess GV that he/she has after achieving the Director status then will be considered as “Breakaway” volume and is not included in your GV.

Inactive Roll-Up
• In Phase I, if a Distributor is inactive in a volume month, the personal rebate and group bonuses that he/she would have received will “roll up” to the next active Upline.

• In Phase II, if a Director is inactive in a volume month, the GV of an inactive Director will “roll-up” to the next immediate active upline Director such that upline Director can use it to meet the requirement of becoming a Qualified Director.

Layer
Stating from the top to down. The bottom of each layer in a leg is reached whenever there is a Qualified Director.

Leg
A leg is any personally sponsored Distributor and his/her entire organization. A leg does not have to be a Director, non-breakaway legs may also be counted for leg qualifications.

Organization Volume (OV)
OV is all of the volume in a Distributor’s downline (including breakaway and non-breakaway volume). OV includes domestic and international volume.

Personal Volume (PV)
The volume earned as you personally purchased products from the Company. Minimum domestic PV of 300 is necessary in order for a Distributor to receive rebates and bonuses.

Qualified Director
One who in any volume month has 300PV (domestic only) and 3000GV (internationally combined).

Retail Profit
You purchase VIVA products at wholesale prices and sell at retail prices. Generally, the wholesale price is marked up 30% off the suggested retail price, making it possible to earn a retail profit immediately and build a customer base.

Recruiter
Introduce new distributor into VIVA business and he/she may be the sponsor of the new distributor.

Sponsor
A Distributor is an immediate upline of a new distributor. A Recruiter can be a sponsor to a new distributor.

Volume
A point value earned by a distributor on the purchase of the product. Volume is used for rank qualifications and bonuses.
