Group Bonuses
Phase I features a four (4) consecutive months accumulation of Group Volume (GV) points from Personal start. As you progress through the four levels, the personal rebates on personal Volume (PV) increases. In addition, you will receive stair-step commissions. When you achieved the Directors Level, you are ready to move onto Phase II.
- Encourage recruiting and reselling: The 4-month consecutive AGV requirement for rank advancement differentiates between consumers and builders. As builders service their downline consumers, they will be rewarded accordingly. And through direct selling,
you can achieve high GV.
- Encourage business-minded new recruits to work towards rank advancement. With the
4-month consecutive AGV requirement, new recruit will want to maximize their growth momentum by promoting to the next rank as quickly as possible thus taking advantage
of all of their eligible AGV.
Director's & Leadership Bonuses
In Phase II you can generate a substantial part-time or full-time income. This is the leadership development phase where qualifications are based on your volume and everyone in your downline organization. This phase includes eight ranks, which offers the opportunity to earn payout up to nine layers.
- Efficient and effective Layer compression. This new form of payout calculation prevents unqualified directors from deterring your bonus. As you work to grow your organization in both depth and width, by supporting and developing your active builders, you will get to reap the rewards more fully.
- Grow deep and wide. With the new more balanced leadership bonus requirements, Directors are encouraged to add new legs so that they can maximize the benefits of the new plan, while at the same time supporting their up and coming leaders. This in turn creates healthy organizational growth, which benefits their entire organization.
Quarterly Growth Bonus 5%
New leaders can receive another 5% of their local GV through the Quarterly Growth Bonus. In this way, new leaders are encouraged to maintain their growth trajectory as they benefit from both group and leadership bonus and now, with the Quarterly Growth Bonus as an added incentive.
